Melon Ice Cream Recipe
- * 1 melon
- * 1 tablespoon honey
- * 200 ml liquid cream
Preparation Melon ice cream:
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes.
Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix them vigorously with the vertical mixer until you get a paste.
Transfer the mixture to a stainless steel bowl and place in the freezer until completely frozen, for a few hours. After 1-2 hours, take out the bowl and mix the composition again, to break the ice needles that form.
Repeat the operation if necessary.
