What could be better than a hot chocolate after you come out, frozen, after a healthy beating with snow? 🙂 Warm, creamy and fragrant… a real treat.
- 800 ml milk
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons black cocoa
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon starch
- ground cinnamon
- 1 star anise
Preparation Hot chocolate:
We stop about 50 ml of milk, we boil the rest with anise star.
In a bowl, mix the cocoa with the sugar, starch and cinnamon. Pour the milk and mix until smooth.
When the milk starts to boil, pour the mixture with cocoa and mix continuously. Boil for a few minutes until it begins to thicken slightly. Set aside, remove the anise star and add the grated chocolate.
Homogenize, then pour into cups and serve.
