* 500 ml of milk
* 3-4 tablespoons mustard

Mustard sauce:
We prepare a Bechamel sauce, just like the Lasagna with meat recipe .
Melt the butter, then add the flour and mix continuously, so as not to form lumps. Add the milk, a little, then the mustard and chopped greens. We match the taste of salt and pepper.
Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water. After boiling, peel and cut into cubes.
Cucumbers and kaiser are also cut into small cubes and the greens are chopped.
We lightly fry the Kaiser in an oil-free pan. When it starts to leave fat, add the finely chopped onion. Stir gently until soft, then pour over the potatoes mixed with pickles. Mix lightly, so that the potatoes do not crumble.
Pour the mustard sauce, adjust the taste of salt and pepper.


Serve warm, plain or as a garnish for pork steak.
