How did I come up with this recipe ? I wouldn't want to say and admit at the same time that forgetfulness characterizes me :)) But this time I even happened to completely forget about the pandispan slices I used to pose. And since I couldn't bear to throw them away, I thought of turning them into something funny and attractive for children, especially since they were also involved in the manufacturing process 😉
Preparation Cake on a stick – Cake Pops:
So I used 3 slices of pandispan and half a box of dulce de leche , but you can use any kind of cake top and a cream of your choice, it is important that the top softens and binds, so it can be shaped.
I crushed the slices of pandispan well in a bowl, then I poured leche dulce and mixed until the composition was homogenous. Then we competed… who makes the most and most beautiful balls :)) We placed them on a plate until we melted the chocolate and cut in half a few skewer sticks.
I melted on low heat 100 g of dark chocolate together with ~ 100 ml whipped cream. I brought it to the boil, set it aside, blended it and let it cool a bit.
I stuck the sticks in balls, then passed each one through the chocolate. I sprinkled some colored balls and put them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Then… the rest is a story! :))
