Here comes "summer" and although it's a little early for this heat, it's never too early for a delicious chocolate ice cream .
An idea for when you don't have too many ingredients to make a cake , but
still you want to pamper yourself with something good…
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 400 ml whipped cream
- vanilla essence
Preparation Chocolate ice cream:
The broken chocolate melts the pieces over low heat together with the whipped cream. Bring to the boil, set aside and mix well. Allow to cool, season with vanilla, then let cool until very cool and begins to harden.
- It can speed up the cooling process by going directly to the freezer for about half an hour.
Remove the bowl from the cold and mix the cream until it becomes firm and fluffy.
Put in the freezer for about 2 hours.
- Taste it! If you think it is not sweet enough for your taste, add sugar after melting the chocolate.
Simple and delicious, with minimal effort.
