And make something sweet, because I can’t help myself …
- 250 g margarine
- 160 g powdered sugar
- 350 g flour
- 2-3 tablespoons water
- 1 vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
Method of preparation:
Mix margarine well with sugar until smooth, add vanilla and water, then flour and mix well.
Divide the dough in two, put the cocoa on one side and knead. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Spread the white dough as thin as possible on a food foil and set aside. Spread the cocoa on another foil, then carefully place them on top of each other. Roll as tight as possible, wrap in foil and refrigerate for another hour.
Cut the dough into slices of about 1 cm and place them in a tray lined with baking paper, leaving room between them because they will grow. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for no more than 15 minutes.
