A delicious ice cream, which is prepared quickly, without too many hassles. Just waiting is a bit hard :)) A portion of ice cream cake that will make you relax when you are too hot and stressed. i love ice cream flavor.

For the countertop I used commercial pandispan sheets, but you can use anything else you like: homemade countertop, biscuits or meringue…

  • 2 pandispan leaves with cocoa
  • 1 simple pandispan sheet
  • For chocolate ice cream:
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 250 ml liquid cream
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • For milk ice cream:
  • 400 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 320 ml evaporated milk
  • 250 ml liquid cream

How to prepare Ice Cream Cake:

Chocolate icecream:

Melt the chocolate over low heat together with the liquid cream. When it has reached boiling point, set it aside and mix well. Let cool for about 1 hour, when the composition has cooled very well. Mix the mascarpone cheese, then lightly incorporate the chocolate composition. Put the dish in the freezer for about 1 hour.

Milk ice cream:

In a bowl mix the 2 types of milk with liquid cream. Put the dish in the freezer for about 2 hours.

We cut the pandispan sheets according to the size of the tray in which we will assemble the cake. We line the tray with cling film. We put the first cocoa top, the semi-frozen milk composition, the vanilla top, then the chocolate ice cream, also semi-frozen. Cover with the second cocoa top, wrap everything in foil and put in the freezer until completely frozen.

Before serving, leave it at room temperature for a while, then portion it.
