Ice cream with cherries and biscuits or how can a simple homemade ice cream with yogurt become a fabulous ice cream with cherries and biscuits :))
- For ice cream:
- 100 g milk powder
- 250 ml milk
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (400g)
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 300 g fat yogurt
- cherries, according to the preference and lust of the heart
- biscuits, depending on the size of the tray
It would be preferable to use good quality and tasty biscuits. I used Milka ChocoJaffa with raspberry jelly .
Preparation Ice cream with cherries and biscuits:
Mix the milk with the condensed milk, yogurt and whipped cream. Pour the mixture over the powdered milk, stirring gently with a spoon.
- Taste it! If you find it too sweet, "dilute" it with milk or yogurt.
Put the dish in the freezer for about 2 hours. Remove the bowl and mix with the vertical blender, to break the ice needles. Put back in the freezer until the ice cream is partially frozen. Incorporate the washed and pitted cherries.
Wallpaper a tray with cling film. Pour 1/4 of the amount of ice cream, then put the biscuits from place to place, in "legs" as they come, dipping them in ice cream. Pour the rest of the ice cream on top, cover with foil and put in the freezer, until completely frozen.
I have now made an attempt… "let's see what comes out" :)) and I haven't talked too much about the look, but I think that if we decorate it nicely with whipped cream and a little chocolate :)) we can really give it an air festive. 😉
