Summer has not yet fully regained its rights, but we are trying to lure her slowly with some homemade ice cream. Today I brought you ice cream with coffee, an ice cream for adults as it comes, but I will soon bring you one for dwarfs 😉 Too many I don't know what to say about it… if you like ice cream, if you also like coffee … You will definitely enjoy it and you will be fully energized :))
- 4 yolks
- 150 g sugar (or more if you prefer sweeter)
- 400 ml whipped cream
- 100 ml of milk
- 200 ml of hard coffee
Preparation Ice cream with natural coffee:
First, make a very strong coffee and leave it to cool. After cooling, strain it, in case you prepared it in a kettle.
Mix the yolks and sugar until a cream is obtained. Slowly pour the milk and sour cream and mix well. Put the pot in a bain marie and boil the composition until it heats up very well and begins to thicken. Set aside and leave to cool.
The coffee is incorporated in the cooled composition
and put the bowl in the freezer for a few hours, during which time we mix the composition (hour by hour) to break the ice needles. If you have an ice cream machine you are happy! :))
In the morning coffee add 1-2 tablespoons of this ice cream, you will have a sensational coffee!
