If 2 days ago we tempted you with a portion of banana pancakes , today I thought of doing it again, but with a portion of fasting pancakes , to be for everyone. 🙂

For the filling I chose some oranges bathed in delicious sweet sauce. For the faster version, jam or jam can be used, according to preference.

Ingredients:

  • For pancakes:
  • 1 cup carbonated mineral water
  • 1 cana faina
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • For the filling:
  • 3 oranges
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 star anise

Preparation Fasting pancakes:

Put in a bowl flour mixed with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Then add mineral water and oil, stirring gently with a fork.

  • If the composition is too thick, add a little more mineral water, if it is too thin a little flour, we must have a creamy dough.

Bake the pancakes on both sides, in the pan greased with a little oil .

Pancake filling:

Squeeze the juice from 1 orange. Peel the other 2 and cut them into thick slices.

Add sugar and honey to the juice, mix a little to blend, put the orange slices and anise star and put on low heat. Boil until the sauce begins to thicken, during which time we turn the orange slices from side to side.

Put the orange slices with the sauce over the pancakes and serve.
