  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 150 gr olives
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 3 tablespoons rice
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • dried basil
Method of preparation:
In the Crock-Pot bowl, place the canned tomatoes and finely chopped onion.
In the olive oil, brown the thighs on both sides in a pan over high heat. When they are ready, we throw away the sliced garlic.
Pour the thighs with olive oil and garlic in the bowl of the dish.
Add the diced peppers and olives and pour the wine.
Place the lid and turn the device on High.
After about 1 hour and 45 minutes add salt, pepper, dried basil and rice.
Leave for another 15 minutes.
