- 2 kg pork bacon breaded with meat
- high salt
Method of preparation:
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pots over low heat.
Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon until the scallops shrink and float in the lard.
After they have cooled a bit, take them out with a spatula, salt them, and pour the lard into jars and keep them in the fridge.
