Kaisershmarren or… broken pancakes :)))
- * 4 eggs
- * 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- * 250 ml milk
- * 250 ml liquid cream
- * 250 g flour
- * 1 baking powder
- * 1 tablespoon free of rum
- * 4 tablespoons chocolate balls
- * 4 tablespoons sugar
- * 4 tablespoons butter
The yolks mix well with the powdered sugar and a pinch of salt until they become like a cream. Then add the milk and liquid cream, flour mixed with baking powder.
Let the composition rest for 20 minutes.
Whisk the egg whites with the 4 tablespoons of sugar and add over the composition of the pancakes, stirring gently.
At the end, add the chocolate balls.
In a Teflon pan, melt a tablespoon of butter, pour a quarter of the composition and leave on low heat until it starts to make bubbles on the surface.
Check if the pancake is baked, then turn it on the other side, breaking it into pieces with a spatula.
Proceed exactly with the rest of the composition.
Serve powdered with sugar.
