Kinder cake (I call it a slice of milk, because that's how it is on TV :))) is a cake that is very easy to make and is absolutely wonderful. Kids will love it, I assure you! 😉
- For the countertop:
- 4 eggs
- 80 g of sugar
- 20 ml milk
- 100 ml oil
- 2 tablespoons ground semolina
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- For the cream we need:
- 300 g sweetened condensed milk
- 300 ml whipped cream
- 100 ml of milk
- 4 sheets of gelatin
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
How to prepare Kinder Milch Schnitte Cake:
Separate eggs. Rub the yolks well with the sugar and vanilla sugar until they turn white. The flour is mixed with baking powder, cocoa and ground wheat and added to the yolk cream, stirring gently. Add the milk, then the oil and honey. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt, as for meringue and incorporate into the yolk composition.
Bake two sheets in a tray (42 / 30cm) lined with baking paper, in the oven over medium heat, for about 12 minutes. Let the countertops cool and then peel off the paper.
Gelatin is hydrated in cold water. Condensed milk is mixed with 50 ml of milk. In the rest of the heated milk, dissolve the hydrated gelatin, then add it in the condensed milk, mixing gently.
Whip the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar until fluffy, then add to the milk and gelatin mixture. Leave it in the fridge and when it hardens a little, put it on the first counter and cover it with the second.
Leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours, then cut very easily.
