We will assemble it in a detachable tray:
We top the tops with a few tablespoons of milk mixed with sugar and rum essence, to taste.
Over the white top we put the chocolate ganache cream, and over the brown one the coconut mousse. Cover with a thin layer of breadcrumbs and refrigerate for a few hours, preferably overnight.
The next day cover with another layer, this time generously 🙂 of biscuit breadcrumbs and garnish with candy.
