We need:
* 8 lasagna sheets
* For the filling:
* 2 large apples
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
* 100 g ground walnuts
* 1 tablespoon butter
* chocolate balls
Apples are grated on a large-mesh grater. Put to harden together with walnuts, sugar, butter and cinnamon, until the juice decreases. Leave to cool.

* For the sauce:
* 240 ml water
* 100 g butter
* 150 g sugar
* 10 tablespoons milk powder
Boil the water with the sugar, until it melts and the foam begins to rise. Add the butter and mix well. We also add powdered milk.
I tried to use the spoon to prepare this sauce, but when I put the powdered milk they formed lumps. So I turned on the blender and got an absolutely delicious sauce.
Grease a heat-resistant dish with butter.
Put a row of lasagna sheets, which we grease with plenty of sauce.

Add a layer of filling and sprinkle with a few chocolate balls.

Repeat the operation until we finish the sheets. Pour plenty of sauce over the last sheet and sprinkle again with chocolate balls.
Bake over medium heat until golden brown.

Honestly, I didn't know about this wonder until I read Ina's blog. It's not the same recipe, but I took the idea of "sweet". 🙂

I promise that when I take mypasta machine like Cristi's I will try them with homemade sheets. They're definitely better, but it's too much work for me. :))
