Ingredients:

  • * Bechamel Sauce:
  • * 50 g butter
  • * 2 tablespoons flour
  • * 500 ml of milk
  • * 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • * salt and pepper
  • * Meat sauce:
  • * 200 ml of tomato juice
  • * 2 tomatoes
  • * 1 onion
  • * 1 carrot
  • * 1 chicken breast
  • * 3 cloves garlic
  • * 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • * rosemary and basil
  • * salt and pepper
  • * Furthermore:
  • * 16 lasagna sheets
  • * 400 g cheese
  • * 200 g mozzarella

How to prepare Lasagna with meat:

Sos Bechamel:

Melt the butter, then add the flour and mix continuously, so as not to form lumps. Add the milk, a little, then the spices and cook until it starts to thicken. Leave to cool.

Meat sauce:

Finely chop the chopped vegetables in olive oil, over low heat. Add the minced meat and tomato juice. Season and adjust the taste of salt.

In a pan greased with butter put a layer of lasagna sheets, grease with Bechamel sauce, then the meat sauce. Sprinkle with plenty of cheese. Cover with another layer of sheets and proceed until the filling is finished. Sprinkle cheese and sliced mozzarella over the last layer of sheets again.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees, for 30-35 minutes, until nicely browned on top.

It turned out so good that I was released to do it again. :))
