Leaven muffins homemade sweets ideas – Muffins or savarines?

I took the recipe from Amalia's blog. She called them "savarines." I baked them in muffin tins and as they don't look much like those confectionery savarins I know, I called them muffins. 🙂

* For the dough:

* 1 or
* 30 ml oil
* 20 g of sugar
* 250 g flour
* 1 teaspoon dried yeast
* 200 ml milk

* For syrup:

* 100 g sugar
* 200 ml water
* free of rum

* For the filling:

* 250 ml liquid cream

Mix the egg with sugar, oil and a pinch of salt. Add the yeast dissolved in a little warm milk. Pour the rest of the milk and flour, mix well.

Leave the dough to rise for 20 minutes, then put it in the molds (up to 3/4 of capacity) and leave it to rise again for 15 minutes.

Bake over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the syrup :

We caramelize the sugar, then "quench" it with cold water. Leave to cool until the caramel melts, then add the rum essence.

Syrup syrup. Cut them in half and fill them with a lot of whipped cream. 🙂
