Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 3 leek stems
  • a handful of olives
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • marjoram
Method of preparation:
In the bowl of the appliance we put tomato paste, pepper paste and 200 ml of water.
Add the sliced leeks, not very thin, oily and olives.
Put the lid on and turn on High for 2 hours.
15 minutes before it is ready, add salt and pepper, marjoram if necessary.
