Lettuce with "Milk core"

For today something simple and easy, nothing sophisticated.

Just a novelty in the salad that we like the most. Namely, Delaco's Milk Cheese. A fine cheese, very similar in taste to mozzarella, which can be used as an appetizer, in salads or even for dessert.

Lettuce with "Milk core"

1 box Natural milk core
1 carrot
a few cherry tomatoes
2 sprigs of green onion

For dressing:

basil flavored olive oil
lemon juice
salt and pepper

Lettuce broken into pieces by hand is placed in a bowl, along with grated carrot, tomatoes cut into 4 and chopped onion. Add the milk core cheese and mix.

When serving, sprinkle the salad with the sauce I made from lemon juice and olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. For those who wish, you can also add a hot chilli powder.

Good appetite!

These are the new varieties of Milk Core cheese, along with other goodies received by the kindness of Mrs. Simona Macavei, Marketing Coordinator of Delaco. Thanks. 🙂
