For today something simple and easy, nothing sophisticated.
Just a novelty in the salad that we like the most. Namely, Delaco's Milk Cheese. A fine cheese, very similar in taste to mozzarella, which can be used as an appetizer, in salads or even for dessert.
1 box Natural milk core
a few cherry tomatoes
2 sprigs of green onion
basil flavored olive oil
salt and pepper
Lettuce broken into pieces by hand is placed in a bowl, along with grated carrot, tomatoes cut into 4 and chopped onion. Add the milk core cheese and mix.
When serving, sprinkle the salad with the sauce I made from lemon juice and olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. For those who wish, you can also add a hot chilli powder.
