Ingredients for Leurda summer soup :
- 500 g lorda
- 400 ml yogurt or whipped milk
- 1-2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
Method of preparation:
Fry the jumari egg in the hot oil, then add 3 liters of water or vegetable soup and bring to the boil.
Wash leurda, cut into strips and add to the soup when it boils. After two or three boils, remove from the heat and add the dill and salt to taste.After it has cooled a bit, add the yogurt.
