After a weekend in which we set up our bellies with grills and other goodies, let's enjoy a chicken salad with chicken breast . An easy recipe to make, without too many hassles.
- 300 g fusilli paste
- 1 chicken breast
- salt and pepper with garlic
- herbs of Provence
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 handful of green basil (I have a small bush of basil and with this salad I left it bald 🙂)
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red
- ~ 100 g fresh mozzarella
Preparation Pasta salad with chicken breast:
First of all we prepare the meat. We slice it and place it on a plate. Season to taste with salt, pepper with garlic and herbs from Provence. Sprinkle with olive oil and soy sauce, cover with cling film and let cool.
We boil the pasta in salted water. Boil according to the instructions on the package, then drain the water and put in a bowl.
We cut the basil into pieces by hand, then we put it in a mortar together with the garlic and we grind them. Salt to taste, then add a little oil and mix until you get a stable emulsion.
Remove the meat from the refrigerator and fry it on the grill. When it is ready, cut it into cubes and put it in the bowl over the pasta. Add sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cubes. Pour the basil sauce and mix well.
Delicious and fragrant!
