Mango and berry ice cream homemade recipe

Let's fool this capricious weather with an ice cream! We are still registered at home, so the rains don't bother us much, but it seems to get better when it's not dark in the house.

The idea for this ice cream came to me when I made mango and blackberry smoothie . It's not really the most creamy homemade ice cream, but left at room temperature before serving is just good.

Ingredients:

  • Mango ice cream:
  • 1 diced mango
  • 1 file
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened condensed milk
  • Blackberry ice cream:
  • ~ 100 g frozen walls
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened condensed milk
  • Furthermore:
  • 200 ml cream for whipped cream / liquid whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Preparation Mango and blackberry ice cream:

Put mango in a bowl with lime juice and honey. Pass with a vertical blender until you get a fine puree. Add the milk and mix well.

In another bowl mix the blackberries and bananas, until the fruits are well crushed and we have a delicious puree, beautifully colored. Put the milk and mix.

Cream for whipped cream, just taken out of the fridge, mix it until it starts to get thick. Add the sugar and mix until the whipped cream becomes fluffy, not necessarily stiff. Divide in two and put in the 2 fruit bowls. Mix gently with a spatula.

Put the dishes in the freezer for about an hour or two, until the mixtures start to freeze. We pass with the vertical mixer, to break the ice needles, then we pour in a casserole, one layer, one on top of the other. Put in the freezer until completely frozen.
