Recipe Marinated chicken breast
- * 4 tablespoons za'atar
- * 4 tablespoons olive oil
- * juice from 1/2 lemon
- * 1 chicken breast
Preparation Marinated chicken breast:
Rub the za'atar with oil and lemon juice until it becomes like a paste.
We cut the chicken breast into slices and beat it well with the hammer.
We spread the za'atar pasta over the slices of meat.
Cover with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour. A few hours would be ideal.
We fry the marinated meat on a well-grilled grill.
Serve hot with a garnish of golden potatoes .
