mashed potato pie with ham and cheese

I have prepared this pie a few times and it has entered the top of the family’s preferences. I also made it in the pan, but as I am more clumsy, it was a bit difficult for me to turn it over and so I came to the oven version, I said to see what comes out. Pfiuuu, it’s good that I did that! It turned out great and when I returned it, it was so nice browned! Do it too, because it is economical and very, very good, to the liking of even the most capricious people.

Ingredients:

  • 7-8 suitable potatoes
  • 1 or
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 7-8 slices of fillet muscle (or ham you like)
  • 8-10 slices of organic Emmentaler (cheese, mozzarella or other melting cheese)
Method of preparation:
Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins.
When they are penetrated, set them aside, let them cool.
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
Mix the potatoes with the egg, flour, salt and a little pepper.
Turn everything by hand.

Put the pie in the hot oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
When it is ready, take it out of the oven and turn it over on a plate, with the bottom up.
It is red, tasty and I will do it more and more often!
It can be served cold, with a salad, pickles or homemade ketchup!
Good appetite!
PS: You can put 2 rows of cheese, ham or you can add a little sliced red pepper!
