I have prepared this pie a few times and it has entered the top of the family’s preferences. I also made it in the pan, but as I am more clumsy, it was a bit difficult for me to turn it over and so I came to the oven version, I said to see what comes out. Pfiuuu, it’s good that I did that! It turned out great and when I returned it, it was so nice browned! Do it too, because it is economical and very, very good, to the liking of even the most capricious people.
- 7-8 suitable potatoes
- 1 or
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 7-8 slices of fillet muscle (or ham you like)
- 8-10 slices of organic Emmentaler (cheese, mozzarella or other melting cheese)
