We need:
* 1 chicken breast
* 200 g cheese
* 1 or
* 3 cloves garlic
* rosemary
* white pepper
* salt
Chicken breast is chopped large, along with cheese, egg and spices.
The meatballs are formed with wet hands,


which we put in a pan with a little hot oil. Put the tray in the oven over medium heat to sea and leave for 5 minutes. Turn the meatballs on the other side and leave for another 5 minutes.
* For the sauce:
* 50 g butter
* 1 tablespoon flour
* 1 cup milk
* 50 g cheese
* salt and pepper
* nutmeg
Melt the butter, then add the flour and mix continuously, so as not to form lumps. Pour the cold milk, a little and the grated cheese. Season to taste.
Pour the sauce obtained over the meatballs. Serve hot.
