* 1 chicken breast
* 1/2 cup rice
* 1 carrot
* 1 onion
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 1 or
* 50 g cheese
* salt and pepper
Finely chop the onion, carrot and garlic in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add enough rice and water to cover everything. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry. After all the water has dropped and the rice is well cooked, set aside and leave to cool.
Chop the meat, then mix with egg, greens and grated cheese. At the end add the cooled rice and mix well.
With wet hands we form the meatballs that we roll in breadcrumbs in abundance,
then fry them in hot oil on both sides.
Serve hot with your favorite garnish.
