Meatballs with zucchini and tuna

If you are tired of meatballs, but love the tone, I recommend this recipe. Some great meatballs come out, very tasty and aromatic. My family was so excited that I didn't expect it. But what could be wrong with combining some vegetables, tuna, parmesan and some greens? Too good, a recipe to prepare more often!

Ingredients:

  • 1 suitable zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small onion
  • 160 gr tuna in olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons filled with parmesan
  • 1 or
  • 4-5 green parsley twigs
  • 4-5 green (or dried) basil leaves
  • 2 slices of bread
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon filled with white flour
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • breadcrumbs for rolling meatballs
Method of preparation:
Cut the zucchini into cubes, then put it in the robot, but do not paste it.
Sprinkle with a little salt, put it in a sieve.
Peeled carrots and onions, chop them in the robot.
Drain the tuna very well from the oil.
Finely chop the greens.
Soak the bread in milk (water), then drain it well between your hands and crumble it.
In a bowl, place the zucchini, which you drain well beforehand.
Add the carrot with the onion and tuna.
Stir in greens and bread.
At the end, add the egg, flour, Parmesan cheese and mix the composition well.

Finally season with salt and pepper.
Line a tray with baking paper, sprinkle with a little olive oil.
Take in hand the pieces of the composition.
Form balls, then roll them well in breadcrumbs and place them in the pan.
When you have finished all the format, put them in the hot oven, at 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes.
They should be lightly browned.

When they are ready, take them out of the oven.
Let them cool a bit, then you can serve! They are very good and cold!
