The cleaned and washed cups are placed in a heat-resistant dish. All around we put the peeled potatoes and cut into quarters. Salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with a little dried sage.
Sliced tomato and lemon are placed on top of the meat.
If there is still lemon, squeeze the juice over the meat. Sprinkle a little dried oregano, a few tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 cup water and put in the oven over medium heat until the liquid drops and the meat is ready.
