* For countertop:

* 6 eggs
* 6 tablespoons sugar
* 6 tablespoons flour
* 3 tablespoons oil
* 1 baking powder

Whisk the egg whites hard as for meringue, with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar a little and mix until you get a hard and shiny foam. Add the yolks mixed with oil and mix. Flour mixed with baking powder is easily incorporated into the composition, with movements from bottom to top.

The composition is poured into a tray (25/35 cm) well greased with butter and lined with flour and put in the oven over medium heat until golden. Leave to cool for a few minutes, then with a knife increase from place to place.

* For the milk mixture:

* 300 g condensed milk
* 320 ml evaporated milk
* 250 ml liquid cream
* 100 ml milk

In a bowl mix all 3 kinds of milk with liquid cream. When the top is warm, pour this mixture on top and refrigerate for a few hours.
Portion and serve with condensed milk on top. In Gabriela's recipe, condensed milk was caramelized. I haven't tried to caramelize homemade condensed milk, but I will try one day, for sure. :))
