Since we became a mother, we have become much more attentive to food, to what we and our children eat. I tried every day to offer them a balanced diet, and milk is a food that is not missing from the menu, morning and evening.

Milk is a good source of calcium, a source of health, being very important in the daily diet. It is an important food in children's nutrition (and not only) helping their harmonious development.

Milk fat has a low melting point, which makes it very easy to assimilate. It contains vitamin D, a vitamin that helps strengthen bones and fix calcium, thus preventing rickets.

This week I set out to challenge you. 🙂 I will propose you some cake recipes, which in my opinion would be consumed with milk. What you should do is leave a comment in which you express your preference for one of these recipes. You can also suggest to me what you think would be appropriate, and next week I will cook for you one or more of the proposed recipes. So, this week we talk and drink milk :)) and next week we make cakes and drink milk again. :))

I will reward your involvement in this challenge with a set of books "Jamie Oliver – The chef undresses secrets". The winner will be chosen by lot.

  3. Cookies with oats and pieces of chocolate
  4. Vanilla and chocolate cookies
  5. Chocolate cake cake
  6. Corns with walnuts and cocoa
