When it comes to cakes, obviously the first thought goes to chocolate. :)))

It is a simple and unpretentious recipe, maybe just one that requires a little more time in case you don't have enough shapes. I only have one set of 6 and by the time I finished composing, I was a little bored. :))

It can also be baked in a large tart shape, then sliced or sliced. :))

For tarts:

5 eggs
5 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons oil
5 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Ouale is separated. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar and mix until you get a hard and shiny foam, then put the yolks

rubbed with oil and vanilla essence, as for mayonnaise, stirring gently. Flour mixed with baking powder is easily incorporated into the composition, with movements from bottom to top.

Pour the dough into small tart forms (~ 1 tablespoon of dough for each form) greased well with oil. Bake over medium heat until lightly browned on top, about 10-15 minutes. Remove to a grill and leave to cool.

For the cream:

200 g dark chocolate
200 ml liquid cream / whipped cream

We break the chopped pieces in a bowl over low heat together with the sour cream. Bring to the boil, set aside, mix and refrigerate for a few hours, until the composition begins to harden.

For decoration:

100 ml liquid cream

On each mini-tart we put 1 teaspoon of healthy chocolate cream, then put it in the fridge until the cream hardens very well.

Garnish with whipped cream and a cocoa powder.
