Although I felt sorry for the strawberries, I prefer them fresh and not baked, you should know that I’m not at all sorry that I “ruined” them! :)) It’s a great recipe!
- 250 g flour
- 175 g sugar
- 1 baking powder
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 or
- 50 ml oil
- 200 ml of milk
- 250 g strawberries
Method of preparation:
Mix the flour with the baking powder and the vanilla beans removed from the pods.
In another bowl, mix the sugar with the egg, slowly add the milk, then the oil and mix well until the sugar melts.
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ones and mix well to homogenize. At the end, add the washed and diced strawberries and mix lightly with a spoon.
Prepare the muffin tins and put in each a spoon or two of dough depending on how big they are so that they are not really full.
Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes on a suitable heat, about 180 degrees. Check with a toothpick when they are nicely browned and if they are baked, take them out to cool.
Serve powdered with sugar, if you like.
