- 250 g cottage cheese

- 1 tablespoon sugar (I put more, I think about 3)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- vanilla essence
Preparation Moldovan papanasi:
In a bowl put the cheese together with the sugar, egg and vanilla essence.
Stir until we get a homogeneous paste.
Then add flour and mix. The composition must be bound and detached from the spoon and bowl.
Probably due to the fact that I put more sugar, my composition did not bind, so that I could shape the papanas. I didn't want to put more flour, I preferred it to come out with an intense cheese taste, so I took the composition with a spoon and put it directly in the pan with a little oil.
Brown on both sides and remove on paper towels.
Serve as desired, with honey, yogurt or sour cream.
We preferred sweet cream for whipped cream. 🙂
