Although I cook soup quite often, this being a dish that dwarfs eat with pleasure, I noticed with amazement that this category of recipes is a bit thin. :))
Today I propose a soup with everything 🙂
- 4 chicken chops
- 1 carrot
- 1 parsley root
- 1 onion
- 1 piece of celery
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 red
- 1/2 small red beets
- 2 medium potatoes
- greenery: dill, parsley, larch
- 500 ml sour borscht
Preparation Moldovan chicken soup:
The cups are cleaned, washed and boiled in cold water over low heat. Foam as many times as necessary, then add salt. If necessary, strain it to be clear.
When the meat is half cooked, add the cleaned and finely chopped vegetables. First the diced potatoes, finely chopped onion and diced pepper, then the carrot, celery, parsley and beets that we put on the grater with small eyes. Bring to a boil over low heat.
When it is almost ready, put the pre-boiled borscht and the tomato clean of the skin and cut into cubes, matching the sour and salty taste.
Sprinkle with thyme and finely chopped greens. There is another boil.
Serve with sour cream and hot peppers.
