|Moldovan Tochitura in Vladut|
* pork neck
* pork leg
* pork breast
* chicken breast
* fresh sausages
* 2 glasses become white
* 1 glass of tomato juice
* salt and pepper
* cheese telemea
I had another recipe for preparing Moldovan tochitura , but if Vladut said so, that's what I did. :)))
Cut the meat into cubes and fry in a few tablespoons of oil. When it starts to brown, add the wine, cover with a lid and simmer for a few minutes, until it starts to drop.
Finely chop the garlic, then mix with salt, pepper, thyme and tomato juice. Pour over the meat and even out. If necessary, a little wine can be added during cooking.
Simmer over low heat until all the liquid is reduced and the meat begins to brown.
Serve hot, with polenta sprinkled with telemea and scrambled eggs.
From time to time it is "sprinkled" with the wine left in the bottle. :)))
