* White bread:
* 50 ml milk
* 140 ml of water
* 1 teaspoon dried yeast
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1 tablespoon oil
* 250 g white flour
* Dark bread:
* 50 ml milk
* 140 ml of water
* 1 tablespoon oil
* 1 teaspoon dried yeast
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 150 g wholemeal flour
* 100 g of white flour
Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk, add the oil, salt, sugar and warm water. Add the white flour a little and knead the dough until it comes off the bowl. Leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes.
We proceed exactly with the wholemeal flour dough.

Spread the 2 doughs on the oiled table. The sheet will be about 1 cm thick. We overlap the 2 sheets then roll.

We put the roll thus obtained in a tray greased with oil and leave it to rise again, until it doubles in volume.
Grease with beaten egg yolk with a little milk and sprinkle with sesame and poppy seeds.
Bake over medium heat until nicely browned on top.
