They… my dears, here we are at the end of the "Inspiration Food Marathon" competition. The flour theme I had for today. 😉 "Recipe in 30 minutes", fit perfectly with the crazy program these days.
Did I tell you we're celebrating Amira today? :)) I'm telling you now 😀 and I'm serving you an aperitif. I'll give you a cake tomorrow, okay? :)) Until then if you like what I did please leave me a comment on this post or a like on the Facebook page. Thank you!
- 300 g cheese
- 100 g ham
- 1 tablespoon flavored butter
- 50 g almonds
Method of preparation:
Put in a pot of boiling water. When the water starts to boil, turn off the heat, put the cheese we wrapped in cling film and cover with a lid. We leave it like this for about 15 minutes until the cheese softens.
Meanwhile, fry the almonds in a pan, without oil. Depending on how you want, you can grind them.
Remove the cheese from the foil and place it on another piece of clean foil. We spread it lightly with the twister until we reach a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
We cover the whole "sheet" of cheese with slices of prosciutto, then with the help of foil we form the roll.
Grease the cheese roll with flavored butter, then roll it in ground almonds. Wrap tightly in foil and put in the freezer for 5 minutes (or in the fridge, if it doesn't have to be ready in 30 minutes 🙂), then you can slice and serve.
A very good roll, which I recommend to put on the list of appetizers for Christmas. 😉 It will definitely look great among the other festive appetizers.
