Another spinach sauce recipe you will love for sure!
A simple and quick recipe, for when you want something good for lunch or dinner. Mozzarella can also be replaced with cheese.
Ingredients for mozzarella souffle with spinach sauce:
200 g mozzarella
1 tablespoon flour
salt and pepper
hot pepper flakes
Mozzarella is served on a large-mesh grater. Put it in a bowl, salt and pepper to taste, add hot pepper flakes, also to taste, flour and yolks. Chop the spinach and add to the composition.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Beat until a consistent foam is obtained, which we will incorporate in the mozzarella composition in 2-3 rounds, mixing lightly with a spatula, with movements from bottom to top.
Pour the composition into a ceramic tray or bowl, small in size, greased with a little butter and lined with flour. For safety, I put baking paper on the bottom of the tray.
Bake on medium heat for about 40 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
Turn over on a plate and portion as desired.
