- 350 gr chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 500 gr fresh mushrooms
- 100 gr mashed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 50 ml dry white wine
- 100 ml of hot water
- dried rosemary
- green dill
- 1 tablespoon starch
Method of preparation:
Cut the chicken breast into pieces of the right size.
Finely chop the onion after it has been cleaned and washed.
Quickly wash the mushrooms under a stream of water, drain them in a sieve and cut them into quarters, after cutting a little from the leg.
We start the defense on the saute function,
After it has warmed up and the appliance makes the characteristic sound, add the oil, the chicken breast and the onion.
Brown for 2-3 minutes, then move the appliance to the slow cooking function for 4 hours and add the mushrooms, tomatoes, wine, water.
We put the lid on and let time pass.
Half an hour before, add salt, pepper, rosemary and starch diluted in 2 tablespoons of cold water and mix. When the appliance has stopped (it will switch to the hot storage function) add the dill.
