Mushroom stew recipe


  • * 500 g mushrooms
  • * 2 onions
  • * 1/2 clove of garlic
  • * 1 red
  • * salt and pepper

I don't know if there is anything simpler and better than mushroom stew 😀

Preparation Mushroom stew:

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.

Finely chop the onion and sauté in a few tablespoons of olive oil. Add the mushrooms and simmer covered over low heat until the juice decreases.

Add the peeled and finely chopped tomato and the crushed garlic. Match the taste of salt and pepper and cook until all the juice is reduced.

It is an ideal fasting food.
