Today we eat simple and healthy! Whether it's breakfast or dinner. Or… why not, lunch? 😀 Mushrooms with mushrooms, absolutely delicious!

  • 500 g brown mushroom mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • juice of half a lemon
  • a few cloves of garlic (to taste)
  • green parsley
  • bread slices
  • Parmesan

Preparation Bruschettas with mushrooms:

Washed and cleaned mushrooms are boiled in salted water, pepper and lemon juice. Or vinegar if you don't have lemon. When they are ready, we put them in a strainer and let them drain and cool.

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and put the sliced mushrooms. Fry them lightly, over high heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. When they are ready, add the crushed garlic and chopped parsley, mix and turn off the heat. We match the taste of salt and pepper.

Slice the bread slices lightly, on the grill or in the toaster. Spread the mushrooms on each slice of bread, cover with a good layer of parmesan and bake for a few minutes, until the parmesan melts.
