The nectarine cake is a quick cake with ingredients at hand. What's nice about this cake is that it can be made with any kind of fruit you feel like. The result will be the same: delicious!
I made the cake in a small bowl, a portion for one person. For me, I mean. :)))
- 2 nectarines
- 1 or
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon flavored sugar with lemon
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 50 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation Nectarine cake:
The egg is mixed with sugar and flavored sugar until it turns white and becomes like a cream. Add the milk and oil, stirring lightly. At the end we incorporate the flour mixed with the baking powder.
The diced nectarines are placed in a heat-resistant dish well greased with butter.
Pour over the countertop composition. Bake on medium heat for about half an hour, until the cake is lightly browned and peels off the walls of the pan.
Leave to cool in the bowl, then powder with sugar.
Serve as such or next to a cup of delicious ice cream. Or a glass of milk. Or a cup of coffee :)))
