nesquik chocolate syrup on ice cream

Today I propose another ice cream recipe, as delicious as the rest of the ice creams I made this summer. And I say this because if I were asked which one I liked the most, I would not be able to give a very clear answer. :))))

100 g milk powder
100 g white chocolate
300 ml milk
200 g condensed milk
250 ml whipped cream
4-5 tablespoons Nesquik

Melt the chocolate over low heat together with the whipped cream. Bring to the boil, mix well and leave to cool. Put in the freezer for 1 hour. When it has cooled very well, we put the mixer and mix until we get a fluffy composition, a composition in which we will add powdered milk, Nesquik, condensed milk and finally milk.

If you think it's too sweet, add a little more cream or whipped cream.

Put the bowl in the freezer for 2 hours, remove and mix with the vertical blender to break the ice needles and to homogenize the ice cream. Put back in the freezer until completely frozen.
