“>500 g flour
“>1 teaspoon honey
“>1 and 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
“>150 ml of milk
“>100 g broken walnut pieces
“>For the filling we need:

Preparation Nests with walnuts and cinnamon:
We make a mayonnaise from 100 g of flour, yeast and honey dissolved in 100 ml of warm milk, which we leave to rise until the holes appear on the surface.
Put the mayonnaise in the pan of the bread machine, add over the eggs, sugar, butter, oil and vanilla, the remaining milk and flour a little. Knead until all the ingredients are incorporated and obtain an elastic dough. Let rise for 1 hour, until it doubles in volume.
Meanwhile we prepare the caramel :
Caramelize the sugar over low heat and when it turns golden add the butter. Homogenize and pour into a heat-resistant dish. Sprinkle the broken walnuts on top. Let it cool.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

From the raised dough we spread on the floured table a rectangular sheet, about 0.5 cm thick. Sprinkle the walnut and cinnamon mixture on top and press a little by hand, to stick a little to the dough.
Roll the dough sheet as tightly as possible, then with a sharp knife cut into strips 2-3 cm wide.
We place these strips in the heat-resistant dish, over the caramelized walnuts.
Let it rise, for about half an hour, then put it in the oven over medium heat, until the cake is browned.
As soon as we take it out of the oven, we turn it over on a plate and pop it after it cools down. I pray who has the patience to wait. :))
