* the juice of an orange
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 10 g gelatin
Put the orange juice in a saucepan over low heat together with the honey, until the latter melts. It does not boil, it just heats up slightly.
We hydrate the gelatin in a few tablespoons of cold water, then incorporate it into the warm juice. Homogenize and leave to cool.
Pour the juice into molds and refrigerate until it thickens. They are easily removed from the forms and rolled in sugar or left simple, depending on preference.
