Oriental salad is one of the most well-known and appreciated salads, a salad that you can use whenever you are in a crisis of ideas or time for cooking. It is a salad that you can diversify in any way, according to your personal preference and you can easily turn it into a fasting recipe .
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 1 red onion
- gogosari in otet
- salt and pepper
- 2 boiled eggs
- chopped green parsley
- a few tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation Oriental salad:
The potatoes are washed very well and boiled with the peel in salted water. When the fork enters the potatoes easily, drain the water and pass under a stream of cold water. This will make it easier to clean. After peeling them, cut them into cubes of the right size (or slices). Cut the onion into scales, and the donuts into thin strips.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. At the end we sprinkled with chopped parsley.
Leave to refrigerate for a few minutes before serving.
