Lately, I have brought to your attention in general only cake recipes . Today I thought of somehow leaving "my comfort zone" and proposing some fasting recipes , more precisely cream soup. In their preparation I had a great help, Oster Classic Chrome 😉

Mushroom Cream Soup – fasting, prepared with the Oster blender

Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

s :

  • 250 g Champignon mushrooms
  • 1 potato
  • 1 onion
  • a piece of celery
  • dried thyme
  • salt and pepper

Preparation Mushroom cream soup:

Boil celery, onion and potato in water with a little salt. When they are cooked, add the mushrooms and let them boil as long as necessary. I don't think it's more than 10-15 minutes.
Allow the soup to cool, then pour into the bowl of the Oster Classic Chrome blender and mix until you get a fine cream.
Pour the soup into bowls and serve immediately with slices of toast sprinkled with olive oil, rubbed with a clove of garlic and sprinkled with fresh basil.

Lentil Cream Soup – fasting, prepared with the Oster blender

Lentil Cream Soup

Ingredients:

s:

  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 piece of celery
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • a few peppercorns
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • blackcurrant seeds and olive oil for serving

How to prepare Lentil Cream Soup:

The cleaned and washed lentils are boiled. When it starts to boil, add the rest of the vegetables and spices. Boil for about 45 minutes, until the lentils soften. During cooking you can taste and when you think it is ready you put the soup aside. Allow the soup to cool and discard the bay leaf. Put the vegetables and some of the juice in which they boiled in the bowl of the Oster Classic Chrome blender and mix until you get a fine cream. Dilute with the vegetable juice, as much as you consider necessary and add salt to taste. Serve the soup with negrilica seeds and olive oil.

Pea Cream Soup – fasting, prepared with the Oster blender

Pea Cream Soup

Ingredients:

ss:

  • 300 g peas
  • 1 large potato
  • ~ 1 liter of vegetable soup
  • salt and pepper
  • a few green basil leaves
  • raw sunflower seeds and olive oil for serving

Preparation Pea Cream Soup:

Bring the soup to a boil and bring to the boil. Add the diced peas and potatoes and simmer until the peas and potatoes soften.
If you do not have ready-made soup, boil it in water and add a carrot, a piece of celery and onion. You can also put some parsley and parsnips, what you have and what you like.
Allow the soup to cool and pour into the bowl of the Oster Classic Chrome blender, keeping some of the juice. add it along the way depending on the desired consistency for the soup. Mix everything very well, until smooth.
Pour the soup into bowls, garnish with sunflower seeds, olive oil and basil leaves.

Garlic Cream Soup – fasting, prepared with the Oster blender

Ingredients:

s Soup Garlic Cream:

  • 2 heads of garlic
  • a small piece of celery
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 potato
  • a few "needles" of rosemary
  • salt and pepper

Preparation of Garlic Cream Soup:

Boil onions, celery and potatoes with a little salt. When cooked, add the peeled garlic and rosemary.
When all the vegetables are cooked, let them cool a bit, then put them in the Oster Classic Chrome blender jar. Add a little pepper, to taste, and some of the water in which the vegetables were boiled. Mix everything well until you get a fine and homogeneous composition. Thin as much as you want with the vegetable soup.
Put on a plate and serve while hot. Add a few drops of olive oil and a little chopped rosemary.

Baked Tomato Soup with Oranges – fasting, prepared with the Oster blender

Ingredients:

ss Baked Tomato Soup with Oranges:

  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 ml of fresh orange juice
  • lemon juice to taste
  • green parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • raw sunflower seeds and croutons for serving

Preparation of Baked Tomato Soup with Oranges:

Bake the tomatoes in a cast iron skillet, take them out on a plate and peel them. Put the ripe tomatoes in the bowl of the Oster Classic Chrome blender, pour the orange juice over them, put a few sprigs of green parsley, salt and pepper. Mix until you get a fine cream. Depending on how sweet the oranges are, add a little lemon juice. Serve soup with sunflower seeds and croutons.
