* Pancakes:

* 2 eggs
* 300 ml milk
* 300 ml of mineral water
* 100 g sugar
* 4 tablespoons oil
* about 400 g of flour

The flour is mixed with warm milk and mineral water, to come out a composition like sour cream. Add sugar, egg yolks, oil and mix well. At the end, add the beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt.

Grease a pan with a little oil, put a polish of the composition, enough to cover the pan in a thin layer, bake on both sides.

* For the chocolate sauce:

* 100 g dark chocolate
* milk

Melt the chocolate over low heat and pour the milk little by little until it reaches the desired consistency.

* For condensed milk:

* 130 ml of hot water
* 150 g sugar
* 3 tablespoons melted butter
* 200 g milk powder

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix at high speed until smooth. The composition will be quite liquid, but after a few hours in the refrigerator it will harden quite a lot.

The pancakes are rolled, then with a well-sharpened knife we cut strips 0.5 cm wide, thus obtaining the tagliatelle, which we then bathe in chocolate sauce and condensed milk.
