Heat a non-stick pan (I used the pan with a hot stone effect and it went very fast) greased with a little oil (only at the beginning, then you don’t have to grease it at all if the pan is good) The fire must be small. the dough in the pan and do not turn the pan, let the dough spread itself, smaller round circles. When bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake, turn the pancake and let it bake on this side as well. The two pans go very fast.
Serve with apricot jam, madness! Or with chocolate cream, or powdered with powdered sugar.
